Before You Start
- You need an invitation from your workspace admin or the Flete24 team.
- You will receive a magic link by email to complete your first login — no password required.
Steps
Step 1 — Open the magic link email
Check your inbox for an email from noreply@flete24.com with subject “Your Flete24 sign-in link”. Click the link.
Tip: If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. The link expires in 24 hours.
Step 2 — Complete sign-in
The link opens the Flete24 app and signs you in automatically. You will land on the Dashboard.
Step 3 — Check your workspace
In the top-left corner, you will see your tenant name (e.g. “Global 506 Logistics”). This is your active workspace.
If you belong to more than one tenant, click the tenant name to open the switcher and select the correct workspace.
Step 4 — Set up your profile
Go to Settings → Profile to update your name and preferences.
What Happens Next
Once logged in, you have access to the full agent workspace: Directory, Rates, Quotes, Local Charges, and Connections.
Common Issues
